

Ms. Moore founded Watershed in 2002. Prior to founding Watershed, she was a Managing Member of Farallon Capital Management, L.L.C. and Farallon Partners, L.L.C. where she was responsible for investments in distressed credit, liquidations, real estate, special situations, and debt and equity investments in Japan. Prior to joining Farallon, Ms. Moore was a Senior Vice President in Lehman Brothers’ investment banking division in the new financing products and corporate finance departments. Prior to Lehman, Ms. Moore was a corporate law associate in New York for Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP. Ms. Moore received her J.D. from the Yale Law School. She graduated summa cum laude in philosophy and magna cum laude in general studies from the University of Colorado, was elected to Phi Beta Kappa, and was voted Most Outstanding Graduate in the School of Arts and Sciences.
Q. Munir Alam, Managing Member
Mr. Alam joined Watershed in July 2005. He was promoted to Managing Member in January 2009. Prior to joining Watershed, Mr. Alam was an Associate at Nautic Partners, a media and telecom focused private equity firm. Prior to Nautic, Mr. Alam was a Financial Analyst in the media and telecommunications group of Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette/Credit Suisse First Boston. Mr. Alam received an M.B.A. from the Harvard Business School where he was named a Baker Scholar. He received a B.A., summa cum laude, in economics with a minor in physics, from Middlebury College.
